Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Crazy Gracie, you may return it for an exchange, as long as it is post-marked within 10 days of the original shipping date. Returns will only be accepted with Return Authorization Numbers. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and clearly print your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still in tact). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange re-shipping charges will be applied.
*NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom orders. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For your convenience we offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS, go out USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
We ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat rate of $8.00 for USPS Priority Mail on all orders.
TYPICALLY YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 2-3 DAYS WITH USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
